The purpose of this meeting:
- To accept the minutes of the 62nd Annual General Meeting, held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the Westin Bayshore Hotel
- To accept the financial report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
- To appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year (2025-2026).
- To elect the Board of Director’s for the 2025-2027 term.
- To consider any new business.
