• To accept the minutes of the 63rd Annual General Meeting,
held on Wednesday September 24, 2025, at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club
• To accept the financial report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
• To appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year (2026-2027).
• To elect the Board of Director’s for the 2026-2028 term.
• To consider any new business.
